1. Shipping Methods & Coverage

We currently offer standard and express shipping options to all seven Emirates, including Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. We utilize specialized shipping lines to ensure your products are handled with care from our global partners directly to your local address.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1-3 BUSINESS DAYS] (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Because we source the latest viral trends globally to bring them to the UAE, our delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: [7-12 BUSINESS DAYS]

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: [SHIPPING COST,  AED 20] for all orders under [AED 200].

  • Free Shipping: We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders over [AED 200].

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery targets, occasional delays may occur due to high volume, customs processing, or courier transit issues.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at Care@Trends-souq.com with your order number, and we will investigate the status with our logistics partners.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Trends-Souq is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.

     

7. International Shipping

Currently, we focus on serving our customers within the United Arab Emirates. We do not offer international shipping outside of the UAE at this time.
