1. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

2. Return Timeframe

3. Refund Process and Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures the trending product you want doesn't sell out while your return is in transit.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

Items purchased on "Final Sale" or using specific promotional clearance codes.

7. Return Shipping Costs

How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at Care@trends-souq.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
